Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Cuddles & Trails Pet Services, we believe that life happens — and plans can change. We don’t charge cancellation fees or require deposits because we trust our clients and value flexibility. Our goal is to make pet care as easy and stress-free as possible for everyone involved — humans and furry family members alike.

Cancellations

​

We kindly ask that clients give as much notice as possible if plans change.

• For regular dog walks or cat visits, any amount of notice is appreciated.

• For overnight stays or 24-hour Deluxe bookings, we recommend at least 3 days’ courtesy notice so that we can try to fill the spot.

Our overnight spaces are limited and often booked in advance, so early notice helps us continue serving all our wonderful Kamloops clients efficiently.

 No Deposits — Just Trust

We don’t take deposits or hold cancellation fees. We simply ask for open communication. If something comes up, just reach out — we’ll always do our best to accommodate changes.
